Your information is used to deliver and improve the Trendify service, process payments, send transactional emails (such as credit usage alerts and receipts), and provide customer support.

We may use aggregated, anonymised usage data to identify trends, improve product features, and publish industry insights. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the platform — including our cloud hosting provider, payment processor, and email delivery service — each of whom is bound by contractual data processing agreements.

We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Trendify, our users, or the public.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed from our production systems within 90 days. Anonymised usage logs may be retained for longer periods for analytics purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to receive your data in a portable format.
