Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Trendify. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trendify Pvt. Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Trendify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
Trendify provides a software-as-a-service platform for discovering, filtering, and analysing influencer and creator profiles. Access to detailed creator data is governed by a credit system — certain data points require credit expenditure to unlock.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Trendify reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Trendify platform to: (a) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data in bulk; (b) resell or redistribute creator data to third parties; (c) build competing products using data obtained from the platform; (d) violate the privacy rights of any individual creator; or (e) engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Trendify platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying data infrastructure, is the exclusive property of Trendify Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. You grant Trendify a limited licence to process and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Trendify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any creator data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendify's total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Trendify may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and any unused credits are forfeited except where refunds are required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
